Delivery
Our Raclettes are always in stock! They usually ship the next business day. We will notify you by email of any delay. If you need faster delivery you can choose 3rd day air, 2nd day air or overnight delivery during checkout. The additional shipping charge will be based on actual shipping costs. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Ground shipping: 3-4 business days
3rd day air: delivery on Friday
2nd day air: delivery on Thursday
overnight: delivery on Wednesday.

Shipping charge
Ground shipping is FREE for any orders totaling $59 or higher. For smaller orders the shipping charge will be based on UPS ground rates. We reserve the right to use a different shipping method. If you need expedited service, see Delivery above.
Shipping Destination
Currently, we can only accept online orders for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States. Call Customer Service at 1-605-332-5572 or email: service@Raclette Corner.com to arrange for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, for which there will be an extra charge.
Currently, RacletteCorner.com does not ship outside the United States.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard as well as PayPal payments. In addition we offer Google checkout as a fast and easy way for all your internet purchases.
- With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from RacletteCorner and many other stores across the web.

Easy Return
Every item we sell is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days after receipt for an exchange or a refund, following the steps below. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee may be waived for exchanges.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your order you can do so free of charge if the item(s) has not been shipped already. Otherwise we need to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items (see return policy). We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. No rain checks on sales items.
