Buendnerfleisch is Alpine style air-dried beef. A premium, lean choice beef top round, seasoned and pressed then air-dried in the time-honored traditional Swiss style. (French: viande de grison). Comes whole in a appr. 2.5lb piece to keep fresh for a long period of time. It's best to slice paper thin! Check with your local butcher if they can slice it for you if you don't have a meat slicer!

Ordered the Buendnerfleisch on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday!! Wouldn't have expected it THAT fast!! Was thrilled, because that's one food I really miss here in the United States (and the jerky just does not do it).
Took out my Tenera Knife to slice it very thinly - and off to heaven I went!!
Wonderful Quality excellent taste!!
