Grand Cru Raclette cheese, 1/2 wheel, approximately 7 lb This cheese is made by cheesemakers trained in time-honored techniques that date back to the twelfth century. Handcrafted in small batches and cured in curing cellars, this washed rind cheese has a velvety, semi-soft body and a nutty, yeasty finish. This sensational melting cheese is a must for any authentic raclette dinner. Made with non-animal rennet!

The cheese will ship with UPS ground from the producer in WI the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. Please call or email if you need expedited service.
