Grand Cru Raclette cheese, 1/2 wheel, appr. 7lb.
This cheese is made by cheesemakers trained in time-honored techniques that date back to the twelfth century. Handcrafted in small batches and cured in curing cellars, this washed rind cheese has a velvety, semi-soft body and a nutty, yeasty finish. This sensational melting cheese is a must for any authentic raclette dinner.
Made with non-animal rennet!

Soirees Raclette |
We enjoyed enormously our raclette the other evening. The taste of that cheese transported us back to Geneva, Switzerland where I lived for over 30 years and where my daughter was born and, of course, where we had enjoyed many "soirees raclette" with family and friends.
