Grand Cru Raclette cheese, 2 blocks of 1.75lb. (Total of appr. 3.5 lbs.)
This cheese is made by cheesemakers trained in time-honored techniques that date back to the twelfth century. Handcrafted in small batches and cured in curing cellars, this washed rind cheese has a velvety, semi-soft body and a nutty, yeasty finish. This sensational melting cheese is a must for any authentic raclette dinner.
Made with non-animal rennet!
One block is about the right amount of cheese for a raclette party of 4-5 people. The left over piece can be stroed in the refrigerator for 6 month or frozen to keep even longer, or be used for other delicious recipes that ask for melting cheese.
The cheese will ship with UPS ground the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. Please call or email if you need expedited service. We can not provide gift wrapping for cheese, since the producer is shipping the cheese for us.

I wanted to tell you that the cheese is delicious...(Of course it doesn't taste as good when you eat it in the sunny California as it does when you eat it in the chilly Switzerland. ;-))
